Abstract EN

We aim through this study to approach temporal variation of embeded tenses within comparative framework ; in order to reveal the principles that govern the interpretive variation of embeded tenses in their relationship with embeding tenses on the one hand and with speaker perspective on the other hand.

The study will focus on the interaction of temporal adverbs with verbal tenses ; and how temporal interpretation of verbs is closely related to temporal interpretation of adverbs.
