Technological development poses new challenges to the higher education and scientific research sector, leading to reevaluating the educational policy and management of the external and internal environment of the university.

modern technology has overtaken its traditional role thanks to its advanced technical characteristics.

digitization has become the infrastructure of contemporary societies.

as artificial intelligence has changed the social model, digitization has changed the educational model.

university, as an educational institution, occupies a distinct place in society, with the responsibility of preparing generations to adjust to any situation, thus, it seeks how to benefit from technology and how to integrate it-as an imposed imperative reality-into university life.

what methodology and policy should take place to advance the university's level to be universal and improve the quality of higher education to international standards, especially since traditional curricula are taking deep in traditional educational philosophy, and digitization requires specialists and changes in pedagogical inherited thinking, should be radically changed or necessarily adjust through educational digitization.
