Cultural communication is considered a central topic in the process of interaction between people, based on a number of cultural manifestations that are considered the backbone of human life existence in Algerian society, which is rich with a diverse cultural heritage that contributes to the cohesion and solidarity of all spectrums of society, because cultural communication is the pursuit of the possibility of consensus around common values.

By adhering to the national cultural identity that contributes to preserving the cohesion of the Algerian nation in order to achieve rapprochement, cohesion and social harmony, and to reject all kinds of conflicts and disputes that lead to discrimination between the sects of Algerian society, and this will only be achieved thanks to communication mechanisms based on dialogue, solidarity, recognition and sanity.

In order to build a democratic society in which everyone is governed by one laws and brought together by common values, with the aim of serving the public interest to achieve ways of coexistence in Algerian society.
