Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the extent to which third-year primary students with writing difficulties possess written expression skillsThe sample of the study consisted of (24) male and female students from the third year of primary school "Abdellawy Boubaker" and "Grissy Mesbah".

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used.

A test was also prepared to measure written expression skills, which are defined by the skill of employing stop signs, the skill of completing the pillars of the sentence, the skill of using linking tools, the skill of arranging words to form useful sentences, the skill of composing useful sentences from given words, the skill of arranging.

Sentences to form a story, the skill of using correct expressions appropriate to the subject of the given pictures.

The psychometric properties of the test were calculated statistically.

The results of the study showed weak written expression skills among third year primary students with writing difficulties
