The study aims to know the dangers of digital narcotics and their health, mental and social repercussions on their users, and to know the role of legislation in facing this completely new phenomenon on societies.

The study found that despite the prevalence and use of digital narcotics among adolescents and youth in particular, opinions are divergent on them among doctors, scientists and researchers.

Some of them still question the dangers of this type of narcotics, while some others think they have the same risks of material narcotics.

In addition, there is a complete ence of judicial and penal laws that criminalize and punish their promoters and users; i.
