The study aims to identify the relationship between self-esteem and sports achievement motivation, for this purpose, we used the Descriptive method, On a sample composed of102physically disabled people Chosen as Randomly selected, and for data collection, we used a tool Rosenberg Self-Esteem(1995) Scale, and Joe Willis (1982) Sport- Specific Achievement Motivation Scale, After collecting the results and having treated them statistically, we concludethat the self-esteem level among the physically disabled people is elevated.

There is no differences in self-esteem in items of age and motor disability variables.

There are differences in self-esteem according to educational level in favour of higher education levels.

We can conclude that there is a statistically positive correlation between self-esteem and motive to achieve success and a negative correlation between self-esteem and motive to avoid failure, On this basis, We recommend the need to support and improvement the self-esteem of the physically disabled.
