The current study aimed at discover the role of language communication alternatives (free drawing) in developing the social communication skill of autistic; the treatment program was applied to one case diagnosed at the age three with average autism nonspeaking and re-diagnosed based on the CARS 2 test, and clinical interviews with the mother and father, and direct observation, and the observation network to extract the symptoms currently.

After following for a period of 15months, we recorded an improvement in the level of receptive language, visual communication, social interaction, and improvement in the level of sensorimotor coordination, and in various cognitions, The most important improvement was developing the skill of free drawing as a method of communicating with others, and for expressing various emotions
