Abstract EN

This study dealt with the prophet’s guidance on good neighborliness from a legal perspective, aiming to identify what is meant by the neighbor and clarify his rights in the legal concept by defining the importance of neighborhood and its rights and duties associated with it and the ethical rules regulating dealing with it in the legal concept, and then explaining the values and their impact on building relationships between people especially the neighbours, the researcher explained the nature of the legal approach in the importance of kindness to the neighbor in the holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the prophet, and then regulating the values and ethics of neighborliness, as well as the types of rights of the neighbor and the results and fruits related to good neighborliness in the legal concept.
