This research aims to highlight the importance of empowering workers to achieve the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries, at the end of this research, we concluded that empowering workers is of great importance in achieving the quality of health services, because what distinguishes the services sector from other sectors is that in this sector we find that the worker is in direct and permanent contact with the beneficiaries, therefore, if the worker is empowered in his work, this will be reflected in the provision of a quality service that makes the beneficiary satisfied with the service and the institution, this research recommended that health institutions should pay attention to the approach of empowering employees, and adopting it as a basic process that contributes to achieving the quality of health services and achieving job satisfaction for workers.
