This study is a starting for a new conception or a fresh approach to the psycologycal warefare as an attempt to talk conceptually and historically about this serious war especially during the current information and communication age.

Attempting to relate war-fighting as a purely military concept to Media-fighting -if we I may say so-, and axtrapolating this study from the arts of war such as weapons and arming, strategy and tactics, ammunition and calibres, theathre of operations and battle formation is the study initiative.
