Abstract AR
الأمن الغذائي في الخطاب الديني الإسلامي (القرآن و السنة النبوية)عمل الإسلام على وضع الأسس النظرية لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي من خلال ما جاء في الآيات القرآنية و الأحاديث النبوية، و لقد حث النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم على الزراعة و إعمار الأرض و ذكر أهمية الأمن الغذائي في حياة الفرد و الجماعة.
و تعتبر قصة سيدنا يوسف من أهم قصص التراث الإسلامي الذي يصور عبقرية النبي يوسف في التصدي لأزمة الجفاف وقلة المنتوج الزراعي وحل مشكلة الغذاء.
فالأمن الغذائي و الاكتفاء الذاتي من الغذاء شرط لازم لحفظ كرامة الأمة وصيانة و حدتها.

Abstract EN
Islam worked on laying the theoretical foundations in order to achieve food security through what the Qur'anic verses and the hadiths of the Prophet stated.
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, urged about farming and land reconstruction and emphasized the importance of food security in the life of the individual and the community.
as one of the outstanding stories of the Islamic heritage, the story of Prophet Yusuf depicts his cleverness in dealing the drought and food crisisFood security and sufficiency is a necessary condition for preserving the nation's dignity and maintaining its unity.
