Abstract EN

This study is to research the extent to which environmental legislation is able to provide civil protection for environmental damage and compensate for it by extrapolating the legal texts and judicial rulings related to the subject and analyzing them.

In removing the environmental damage that affects individuals and compensating for it, the study concluded that there are deficiencies in the legal texts in civil law and in the environmental legislation in force for civil protection for environmental damage, and the study concluded with proposals that help in organizing the issue of civil protection against environmental damage.
