تعتبر الإدارة المحلية بأنها الواسطة التي تربط بين الحكومة والمواطن، وذلك لما لها من أهمية في تحقيق احتياجات ومتطلبات المجتمع كما أن لها مهام وصلاحيات تخول لها بلوغ غاياتها، والمتمثلة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية، ويكون ذلك من خلال إدارة الموارد المحلية وترشيدها في ظل ممارسة نشاطها المحلي، بالإضافة إلى توفير المتطلبات المحلية لتحقيق ذلك.
Abstract EN
The local administration is the intermediate ring between the central government and the citizens, it is responsible within the framework of these prerogatives to implement the various local development plans.
by respecting the environmental aspect and by involving citizens and representatives of civil society in the region concerned, in order to enable them to participate actively in the development of their region.
