This research paper aims to identify the public private partnership (PPP) Algerian model and to determine the international models from which it was inspired by its most important forms and methods, using both the descriptive analytical approach and the comparative approach.

this study concluded that Algeria has a positive experience in the field of the public private partnership (PPP), despite the absence of a unified legal system for this type of partnership, with the exception of some methods stipulated in some special sectoral laws as well as the recent legislation related to public service delegation, most of which are inspired by francophone model.
