This study aims of to find out the quality of the electronic information system at sonatrach company.

to answer the problem of research and test hypotheses we based on: the case study, the observation, and the personal interview, in addition, we used the questionnaire distributed to 122 employees in the company.

we also interviewed the manager of information and technologies department and the workers of this department, and other heads of departments.

we conclude that system resources are of high quality.
