In the light of economic transformations and global changes, Algeria has moved towards a gradual change of economic policy based on market forces.

This has increased interest in private enterprises, resulting in the emergence of the small and medium enterprises sector, which plays an important role in the diversification of the industrial structure, and which has undertaken several initiatives aimed at encouraging young people and small investors to move towards the new investment pole, especially in the light of the economic crisis caused by the decline in petroleum prices, We highlight the legal system to support small and medium enterprises, the legal structures established for their financing and the legal procedures to support and develop them in Algerian legislation.
