Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the role of social processes to create knowledge in the work of aluminum PVC factories / Kirkuk governorate to achieve the desired goals.

the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection and used the descriptive analytical approach in analyzing the data.

the study concluded that there is a great role for social processes to create knowledge in the factories surveyed by adding modern designs and encouraging workers to be creative and innovative and to put forward new ideas that contribute to increasing the market share of the factories surveyed.

in addition, the factories surveyed are working to share knowledge among workers in order to transfer tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge available to all.
