The current era is witnessing huge technological progress in all fields, but the Coronavirus caused chaos in the daily life of human beings, and disrupted development in most sectors, especially the field of higher education and scientific research, Students used to move to the university normally to receive lectures and perform exams and then get points, But today the university became a virtual place because of the decision to close educational institutions so lessons and exams became done from home through digital education platforms in order to combat the virus, This was also reflected in the method of evaluating the level of students and the extent of their understanding and attainment of the objectives of the educational process, according to the professor's view of e-learning between supporters and opponents of it, and this made the matter more complicated, especially since this technology is new for the Algerian university family.
