Abstract EN

The study aimed revealing the quality of life of secondary school teachers, as well as the relationship between quality of life and differences in quality of life due to gender variable.

The simple of the study consists of 60 teachers from secondary education, selected in the simple random maner, we applied the quality of life measure of zineb chakir (2009), and questionnaire on indicators of psychological and social well-being.

The results of the study resulted in the following: -The quality of life of secondary education teachers rangs from medium to high.

-There is a negative inverse correlation between psychological well-being indicators the social and the quality of life of secondary school teachers.

In addition, there are no significant differences in quality of life attributable to the gender variable among secondary education teachers.
