تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الإجابة عن الإشكال الكبير الذي يدور حوله فحوى البحث، ألا و هو طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط نمط التعليم عن بعد، بعده نمطا جديدا في العملية التعليمية التعلمية، نتج أساسا عن طريق استثمار قطاع التعليم للتكنولوجيات الحديثة والوسائل التقنية، و بين نظام التعليم التقليدي الحضوري الذي يفتقر إلى مثل هذه الأدوات في عملية التعليم، أهي علاقة طبيعية أم علاقة جدلية؟

Abstract EN

This research paper seeks to answer the big problem around which the research content revolves, which is the nature of the relationship between the distance education pattern, as it is a new pattern in the éducational process, mainly resulting from the education sector's investment in distance education.

Modern technologies and technical means, between the traditional education system.

An existence that lacks such tools in the process of éducation, is it a natural relationship or a dialectical one?
