This study dealt with the role of religion in directing American foreign policy towards the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, since religious factors and influences play an effective role in influencing the decisions of successive American administrations, especially republican administrations, due to the fact that most of the regional presidents originate from the American nationalist right allied with Anglican Christianity.

this study sought to clarify the effective and influential role that religion plays in directing American policies, as studies confirm the strength of the relationship between religious and political in the united states and its overlap, whether at the level of domestic or foreign policies, especially those related to Israel.

the study showed the extent of the influence of religious factors as a major determinant in directing republican presidents' policies toward the conflict.

the study clarified the relationship between the American republican party and Israel, and the role of the Jewish lobby in influencing American policies towards the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

it revealed the extent of bias witnessed by American policies in favor of Israel during the last three republican administrations, especially the administration of president Donald Trump, who tried to liquidate the palestinian cause through what is known as the "deal of the century."
