Contemporary democratic systems are among the best human systems of governance invented by mankind, especially through their various mechanisms, means and systems.

the sovereign nation-state is supposed to be the state of law and institutions, and it will not be so in the absence of democratic legal institutions for the peaceful alternation - real, not fictitious - of power.

this alternation must emanate from a strong popular will whose result is manifested in judicial and political institutions whose role is to simplify the results on the ground.

for the international system to be a democratic system, it must be a multipolar system, with multiple ideological and doctrinal orientations, and not a unipolar or bipolar system, because the plurality and diversity of institutions is one of the most important international issues of the mechanisms that guarantee the creation of a democratic international system governed by a strong international will that maintains international peace and security, based on the common will of the interests, and not on the singular will.
