Abstract EN

The problem of this research is that a number of Sudanese universities have established specialized scientific centers entrusted with the task of fatwas for their affiliates and for other Muslims in the country in which the university is located.

where many of these centers influence the fatwa industry, guide Muslims, and solve problems, which confirms the necessity of introducing them and searching for ways to promote and develop them, and to identify their efforts and how to make fatwas in them.

to them to return what constitutes them in their religious and worldly matters, and the research becomes more and more important in its connection with these centers that serve the community, and contribute to linking its fabric and patching what has been breached by family disputes and others; these centers work on giving fatwas to the questioners who are located in the vicinity of the university or its area, and then the society recovers and improves its affairs by the blessing of knowledge and its great benefit.

in the forensic sciences, and they may have sought the assistance of some other specializations if necessary, and that the existing fatwa centers were not exclusively engaged in fatwas; rather, some of them work on studies and research, and conduct advocacy convoys and awareness work, and that the fatwa centers that exist in higher education institutions are very few, not equal to not even one percent compared to the number of universities in sudan.

the researcher recommended university administrations to take care of these centers, adopt their programs and implement their plans, and appoint competent on them.
