Abstract EN

The study aimed to clarify the tendencies and directions of the Baghdadi grammarians, and their liberation from the sectarian fanaticism that was prevalent among the scholars of the first two doctrines of thought (Al-Basri and Al-Kufi), taking a middle approach based on taking from the two schools in addition to the self-contained Al-Baghdadi doctrine.

The tendency towards the views of the Kufics, the tendency towards the views of the Basri, and the direction of confusion between the two doctrines of thought, and the extent of their impact on facilitating Arabic grammar and expanding its rules, this study followed the descriptive approach, and the study concluded with the most important results it reached by presenting trends and opinions, the most prominent of which are: 1.

The scholars of Baghdad were liberated from the sectarian fanaticism that was prevalent in the two doctrines before it.

Al-Baghdadi grammatical scholars took a middle approach, which is to confuse the two doctrines of thought (Al-Basri and Al-Kufi).

The grammar rules in the Baghdadi school of thought expanded as a result of intense competition between scholars in the scientific circles.
