Abstract EN

This research deals with one of the most important contemporary issues, which is working in banks with Islamic windows, which are banks that deal with usury and, at the same time, issue financial products approved by Sharia authorities, and according to Islamic controls.

the research aims to clarify the ruling on working in these banks with Islamic windows according to the type of work, through the inferential approach, with attention to the rooting and application side.

the research has concluded a number of results, the most important of which are : the statement of the regulator of aiding on sin and that is : (every act of saying or doing issued by a mandated person, intentionally, knowing the prohibition, facilitates doing a prohibited act which intent appears to him, even with the most likely suspicion).

working in banks dealing in usury is divided into several types, according to the attainment of facilitation on sin, its strength, weakness or disappearing.

some of them is clear that it is forbidden as those that directly engage in usury, some are highly suspicious, and some are permissible on conditions.

among the recommendations of the research : support for the complete transformation to Islamic banking, the call for expanding the establishment of Islamic banks, and raising the level of Sharia observation in banks.
