the study aimed to examine the relationship between control and time management in raising the productivity of telecommunications companies employee in Sudan.

The study also used the descriptive analytical approach and used the historical approach as a reference.

The sample consists (300) Sudanese Telecommunications company employees in the Sudan.

the researcher select (150) from the total number.

Employee were Selected simple using random sampling.

The most important hypotheses, there is a statistically significant relationship between control and time management in raising the productivity of telecommunications companies employee in Sudan.

The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which is that time planning has a significant impact on time management, which means that planning has a clear impact on raising the production efficiency of telecommunications companies.
