Abstract EN

The study dealt with the application of comprehensive quality standards in Sudanese slaughterhouses and their impact on enhancing environmental security.

The study aimed to clarify the concepts and importance of quality standards in slaughterhouses, work on their classification and dissemination, and identify the reasons that hinder the implementation of quality application in slaughterhouses and lead to non-conformity.

The researcher used the deductive approach, and the historical approach.

And the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was adopted as the main tool for data collection.

The sample consisted of doctors, administrators and workers in the Kadro slaughterhouse in the state of Khartoum in a random way, where the researcher distributed (150) questionnaires detailed as follows: (60 for doctors, 50 for administrators and 40 for workers) The data of the study was processed according to the financial analysis.

Among the most prominent results of the study, including the existence of quality standards in slaughterhouses that lead to environmental security, and there is a positive impact of applying quality in slaughterhouses in achieving interfacial security, quality has a role in achieving environmental security.
