Abstract EN

This paper discusses the situation of the Ethiopian refugees in Sudan, who had been protracted for 5 decades,although the reasons of displacement was not existing.

The objectives of this research to high light on the traditional durable solutions which became insufficient (Voluntary repatriation, Local integration and resettlement).

The researcher followed the historical and analytical approach, This paper explain the new ideas, views, regulations of international community and suggests new laws, regulations, conventions and generally new prospective to solve the plight of the refugees worldwide and specially for the Ethiopian refugees in Sudan.
