In his interpretation of Ruh al-Ma’ani, al-Alusi took into consideration the fact that the holy Qur'an includes a set of linguistic patterns that convey the meaning of denigration, and he stopped on a trace in expressing that.

those patterns that al-Alusi mentioned were embedded in his interpretation, and he did not mark out a single space for them.

these linguistic methods or patterns are represented by the following: first, the use of relative pronoun ما)) what instead of (من) (who), secondly, the inclusion of the explicit noun instead of the implicit, thirdly the ambiguity instead of explanation and clarification, fourth, the use of the common nouns style instead of the proper nouns, fifth the use of the demonstrative pronouns that is used for nearby contexts, sixth, the addition of ((ما what) seventh the use of the interrogative phrases to figurative meanings, eighth, the use of the imperative verb in a figurative meanings, ninth the indication of the preposition (من) (from) and its genitive noun.
