Abstract EN

This article aims to present introduction to the explainers of Al-Shafia.

These explainers are Al-Radhi, Ruknuddin Al-Istirbadi, Al-Naysaburi, Al-Jarbardi, and Al-Naqrakar.

It also tackles two aspects of mitigation (Altakhfeef) that were mentioned in Ibn Hajib's book "Al-Shafia fi 'ilmai 1 Tasreef wal-Khatt".

These two aspects are : omission and conversion, (Al-Hadhf and Al Qalb, respectively).

The study employs the descriptive approach by explaining the purpose of each text, providing the sayings of the explainers in the text and how they tackled it, and the reasons for each aspect.

It also employs the historical approach by categorizing each aspect according to the arrangement of the chapters of the book (Al Shafia) mentioned above.

The study concludes that the mitigation is present in the Arab old and original use.

It is also found in Ibn Hajib's texts, and the explainers agree on that availability, justifying their reasonings, either they agree or disagree.
