Abstract EN

This article aims to show the importance of occasions through the interpretation of the Ayas to show the interdependence of the Holy Qur'an Ayas, to understand the author's methodology in listing the occasions to get the needed benefits in eliciting other occasions, and to know the ways of linking the Ayas to see the different terms of the interpreters to express the occasion.

The study employs the inductive and analytical approach, by extrapolating the book and extracting and analyzing the occasions to identify the author's approach in presenting the occasions and methods of extraction.

It concludes with several findings, the most important of which are : 1) The interest in the science of occasions as a written science started very early in interpretation works.

It is also included in specialized literature and in the books of the sciences of the Holy Qur'an.

2) Imam Al-Nasfi is considered one of the first interested scholars in the science of occasions.

This is clear if we look at the date of authoring his book "Altaysir fi Altafsir" and he is one of the most Imams who mentioned occasions in his interpretation.

3) Imam Al-Nasfi's style and his way of mentioning occasions made him unique in clarifying several aspects of the link between the Ayas.

He interpreted some of the Ayas in ways differently from any previous interpreter.

4) Imam Al-Nasfi transmitted many of the sayings of scholars whose writings have not reached us.

Thus, he is a unique reference for these sayings.
