Human rights in Iraq constitute one of the pillars of democratic system and the authorities in Iraq should always pay attention to respect these rights and monitoring the Iraqi citizen's exercise to it properly and without hindrance, stability of the political system in Iraq based on respecting these rights and liberties of what the subject constitutes of paramount importance, and it represents a legitimate cover for international intervention in iraq and therefore iraq expose to further challenges.

human rights in Iraq after 2003 and despite the fact that which provided it of a legitimate cover, legal and unprecedented , but it continued to suffer from several obstacles and the most important one is the weakness in the monitoring of the application of the legislation which provided by the constitution and other obstacles related to what iraq suffered from security crisis, social, political and economic.
