Abstract AR

يوجد تطبيقات عديدة لتفاعل أولمان في الصناعة الصيدلانية.

من أحد استخداماته تشكيل الرابطة N-C بين هاليد اريل و ألكيل أمين.

في هذه الدراسة، نصطنع مشتق ن-أريل بيغوانيد باستخدام تفاعل أولمان.

النتائج تظهر أن المركب يمكن الحصول عليه بالشروط الهوائية للتفاعل مع استخدام كلور النحاس محفزا، الماء و الأسيتون وسطأ للتفاعل، و الأرجنين ربيطة.

مردود التفاعل لم يكن عاليا.

أكدت اختبارات تحديد الذاتية المستخدمة كتقنية طيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و مطيافية الكتلة على بنية المركب ووزنه الجزيئي.

نوصي بتحسين شروط التفاعل لزيادة المردود و متابعة الدراسات الحيوية على المركب لمعرفة فاعليته.

Abstract EN

Ullman reaction has wide applications in the pharmaceutical industry.

One of its uses is C-N coupling between the halide aryl and alkyl amine.

In this study, we synthesize biguanide N-Aryl with Ullman reaction conditions.

The results show that the compound can be obtained using aerobic conditions with CuCl₂ as a catalyze, water and acetone as a reaction solvent, argenin as a Ligand.

The reaction yield was not so much.

The identification tests for the compound such as IR and LC-MS\MS confirmed its structure.

We recommend enhancing the reaction yield by studying different condition and to investigate the compound bioactivity as well.
