Vein of Galen aneurysmal malformation [VGMA] is a rare and abnormal vascular malformation of the fetal vascular cerebral system.

Patient had lower segment cesarean section at 38 weeks of gestation.

The newborn was admitted to Neonatal Intensive care unit and due to sustained cardiac failure neonatal death occur after 48 hours.
