Abstract EN

The research aims to Know : "The Situational Negotiation style of Physical Education Teachers from the point of view of the management their schools in the Center of the Nineveh Government.

The data collection requires the construction and application of the Situational negotiation style scale for the physical teachers education for their preparatory schools in the center of Nineveh Government.

scale consists of 33 paragraphs divided into 3 patterns by 11 paragraphs for each type of permitivie, permissive and its formulation and verification of Validity and reliability.

The sample included principals and their assistants in preparatory schools for boys.

which involved 102 administrative units.

The construction sample represented 62,19% of the research community.

The application sample was 45 administrative, representing27,43% of the research community .The data was statistically analyzed using the arithmetic mean and the percentage.Finally, theresearcher concluded that the physical teachers education tend to the pattern of Situational negotiating style in the initial position during the performance of their job to Situational negotiating style with their management school, as well as the use of some the concepties that relate to the permissions taught styles confirmed by the theories of negotiation.
