Abstract EN

In Iraq, the health sector, like other service sectors, has suffered from many negative aspects, perhaps the most prominent of which is ignorance, widespread illiteracy, lack of financial allocations for this sector, the deterioration of the standard of living for the Iraqi individual, lack of social awareness, and the accompanying spread of many communicable and endemic diseases, and the resulting increase in the number of deaths specifically among children in front of this deteriorating health reality.

It was necessary to adopt an official parliamentary body to transfer the negative aspects of this reality through scrutiny and finding solutions to it.

Therefore, this research focused on the interventions and criticisms made by a number of representatives of the Iraqi brigades, which were not devoid of criticism and defamation, but they are something to be blamed.

These interventions, despite their daring, did not receive a listening ear from the Iraqi government and the Ministry of Health, except rarely.
