Ethics, in general term, are the main guidelines that people live by to make sure they are doing the right thing.

They are considered the guiding principles for good human interaction, which leads to mutual respect, and therefore, building a stable and safe society that thrives towards solidarity and embrace high values and principles.

We cannot talk about the safety, stability, progress and advancement of society, if we don’t have high morals and good ethics.

Thus, it is crucial to have professions, like teaching, that make a positive impact on employees in the education sector.

Such professions, influence people’s career, their professional relationships within the education system and therefore they make positive impact on the overall society.In this context, and in order to have an ethical public life and particularly, ethical workplace in the educational institutions, the topic of ethics and professional behavior needs to be addressed to help correct bad behaviors that may occur in workplace with educational institutions .

This requires implementing a clear and comprehensive code of ethics with the purpose of laying the foundations of a modern, and responsible administration.

Having the strategic role of creating an ethical working environment set by the Ministry of National Education, it essential for educational institutions to adopt a code of ethics through a set of rules and regulations that are based on a number of references, including legal references.

How can legal texts structure ethics, in its general form? How can these texts act as instrument to implement ethics in workplace? To address these questions, we will discuss topic from the legal point of view.
