Abstract EN

The legal rulings are not incapable of rulings and have not exceed the human ability to do them, for Allah Almighty has made them perfectly suited to the human’s physical and even psychological abilities, and here we find that there is a correlation between a set of cognitive tools and these mandated rulings that have addressed these tools.

Consequently, we will study the effect of these cognitive tools in building Sharia governance:First, the role of the senses in Islamic LegislationSecond, the role of heart knowledge in Islamic legislationThird, the importance of reason in building a legal rulingFourth, the universe and its impact on jurisprudence.
