Abstract EN

Different directions for the phenomena of Quran’s drawing have been proposed by scientists, including guidance by meaning which is based on the link between the drawing and the meaning.

Among the interpreters who have been concerned about this direction is AL-Imam AL-Biqai in his interpretation «Nathm Al-Durar».

Although his valuable directions are few, it needs more investigation to study the uniqueness of his direction in terms of its value and importance.

The research deals with the general features of the curriculum of AL-Imam AL-Biqai in the drawing of the Quran, and highlights the manifestations of its independence compared to his peer.

The current research aims to assess and study the meaning directions for the Quran’s drawing in the interpretation of AL-Imam AL-Biqai.

Also, the extent of the attention of the other interpreters in the Quran’s drawing and directing its phenomena based on inductive, descriptive, and criticism approaches.

The most significant results of this research are the uniqueness of AL-Imam AL-Biqai in some meaning directions, which usually take the form of kindness and sociability as well as not including the whole reasoning for all phenomena of the Quran’s drawing.

The research recommends that the meanings guidelines for the Quran drawings in the books of interpretation should be taken into consideration and studied critically as well as infer the principles and basis on which these directions were built.
