Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the extent to which the Arabic language books for students of the upper basic stage in Jordan include the concepts of intellectual security by analyzing their content, using the descriptive analytical approach.

the political (07), the religious (05) and the social (05), and in the light of this classification, the Arabic language books for the eighth, ninth and tenth grades of basic education were analyzed in Jordan.

the results of the study concluded that the availability of intellectual security concepts in those books was low, and in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended including the concepts of intellectual security in the books of the Arabic language for the upper basic stage in Jordan.
