Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the challenges of managing the educational crisis during the Corona pandemic from the point of view of educational administrators in the Koura District.

In government schools affiliated to the directorate of education, Al-Koura District in Irbid Governorate in Jordan, and the results of the study showed that the responses of the study sample members to the challenges of managing the educational crisis during the Corona pandemic from the point of view of educational administrators in Al-Koura District obtained a total average (2.32 out of 5), i.e.

a degree of intensity (low), and in light of the results, the researcher recommended the need to work on training and preparing principals in educational institutions for how to successfully manage educational crises, and training principals on programs and providing them with modern technical tools that help them perform their tasks and overcome crises.
