The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in basic schools in the Kasbah of Irbid district from the teachers' point of view, and to reveal ways to overcome them, as well as to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average answers of the study sample members On the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in basic schools in the Kasbah of Irbid district due to the different variables of the study : (gender, specialization, academic qualification, years of experience, training courses in the use of communication and information technology), the study adopted the descriptive, analytical and survey method to achieve its objectives, and the sample of the study consisted out of (373) male and female primary school teachers in the district of Irbid district were chosen in a random way, and the results of the study showed that the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in basic schools in the district of Irbid district from the point of view of teachers came to a high degree, with an arithmetic mean (3.80) and a standard deviation (0.956), that there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members about the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology the basic schools in the Irbid Qasbah district are attributed to the study variables, and that the ways to overcome the obstacles to the use of communication and information technology in the basic schools in the Irbid Qasbah district from the teachers' point of view were high, with an arithmetic mean (4.08) and a standard deviation (0.892).
