يعد الحفاظ على التراث موضوعا هاما و أساسيا في سياق القضايا التي تهم بلدان العالم.
إنه إشارة واضحة إلى تقدم الحضارات، التي تستمد منها الأجيال اللاحقة ثقافتها و هويتها المعمارية تكمن المشكلة الرئيسية في تشويه النمط المعماري للمباني التراثية في العديد من بلدان العالم، و خاصة في العقود الأخيرة، و ذلك بعد عملية الحفاظ و عوامل أخرى.
لا يركز البحث على دراسة و شرح هدف الحفاظ في الوقاية و الصيانة فقط، إنما الهدف الرئيسي من البحث هو توضيح الآليات المتعلقة بمفهوم عملية الحفاظ و طريقة تطويرها و تقييمها، من أجل تحقيق المعالجات المناسبة في الحفاظ على نمط و خصائص الأبنية التراثية بعد الحفاظ بالاستناد على تحليل مبادئ العمارة.
استند البحث على تقييم عمليات الحفاظ من خلال المنهج التحليلي للوثائق القديمة للأبنية التراثية المرممة كدراسات حالة للتراث المعماري و الصور الفوتوغرافية و المؤشرات التفصيلية و مسح المباني مع المناطق المحيطة للمساهمة في منع المزيد من سوء المعاملة و تشويه النمط المعماري للمباني التاريخية.
بالإضافة إلى إنشاء جدول يتضمن مفردات للمبادئ و الخصائص المعمارية لتقييم عملية الحفاظ و تحليل كيفية الحفاظ على الخصائص المعمارية لهذه المباني.
تعد المباني التراثية المختارة نماذج معروفة للتراث و الهوية المعمارية، و تم تحليلها لإنشاء صورة واضحة عن كفاءة عملية الحفاظ المعماري.
و يخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات و التوصيات محددة وفقا للأساليب الهندسية و العلمية يمكن أن تساعد على تطوير عملية الحفاظ و زيادة التوعية المجتمعية بأهمية الحفاظ و حماية النمط المعماري بعد عملية الحفاظ.
Abstract EN
The topic of preservation of heritage is a priority and is of serious importance in the context of issues of concern to the countries of the world.
It is a clear indication of the progress of civilizations, the one from which subsequent generations derive their culture and their architectural identity.
The research considers terms related to philosophical, cultural, economic, educational and sustainability aspects.
Though, the focus of the paper is not to explain the goal of conservation on prevention and maintenance only.
Nevertheless, the aim is to clarify the mechanisms related to the concept of the conservation policy, the way of its development and ease of access, to achieve treatments in architectural conservation.
