The study tackled the issue of the geographical potential of tourism in the Hilla district and the means of its development and development.

Tourism is one of the most important functions to strengthen the national economy, increase income, create jobs and increase the revenues of the state.

The aim of the study was to diagnose these geographical possibilities (natural and human) which may contribute to the process of tourism activity, and to know the problems and obstacles facing the development process.
