Abstract AR
الغرض : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن طبيعة العلاقة بين معالجات الاضطراب المعرفي و الاستدامة التنظيمية في جامعة الكوفة.
التصميم / المنهجية : بالإعتماد على العينة الطبقية العشوائية، تم توزيع (347) إستبانة على تدريسي جامعة الكوفة و تحديدا في ((٢١ كلية و (۳) مراكز بحثية و المكتبة المركزية، و كان عدد الاستبانات المسترجعة (344) إستبانة، أما الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي فكانت (۳۳۲) إستبانة وبمعدل إستجابة (96.5%)، و تم تحليلها بوساطة البرنامج الإحصائي المتقدم SmartPlus، إضافة إلى البرنامج الإحصائي ۲۲.SPSS v النتائج النظرية : هنالك فجوة معرفية لتفسير طبيعة العلاقة بين معالجات الاضطراب المعرفي و الاستدامة التنظيمية في المنظمات بشكل عام وفي جامعة الكوفة بشكل خاص.
النتائج العملية : هنالك تأثير مباشر لمعالجات الاضطراب المعرفي في الاستدامة التنظيمية.
أهمية الدراسة : نظرا لندرة الدراسات التي حاولت تحديد و معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين (معالجات الاضطراب المعرفي الاستدامة التنظيمية)، كانت هذه الدراسة معالجة لمشكلة واقعية تؤثر بصورة مباشرة على القطاع التعليمي بالعراق.
Abstract EN
Purpose : this study aims to investigate the nature of the relationship between cognitive disorder treatments and organizational sustainability at the University of Kufa.
design / methodology : depending on the stratified random sample, (347) questionnaires were distributed to the teaching staff of the university of kufa, specifically in (21) colleges and (3) research centers and the central library, and the number of retrieved questionnaires was (344) questionnaires, and the valid for statistical analysis was ( 332) a questionnaire with a response rate of (96.5%), and it was analyzed by the advanced statistical program SmartPlus, in addition to the statistical program SPSS v.22.
theoretical results : there is a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between cognitive disorder treatments and organizational sustainability in organizations in general and at the University of Kufa in particular.
practical results : there is a direct impact of cognitive disorder treatments on organizational sustainability.
the importance of the study : due to the scarcity of studies that attempted to determine and know the nature of the relationship between (treatments of cognitive disorder, organizational sustainability), this study was a treatment of a realistic problem that directly affects the educational sector in Iraq.
