تعتبر رعاية مرض كرون متعددة التخصصات.
و هو يشمل الرعاية الغذائية، و علاج المرض و علاج الصيانة، المرتبطة برعاية المظاهر خارج الأمعاء أثناء دمج الطفل و والديه في برنامج تعليمي علاجي شخصي.
يعتمد العلاج الطبي على التغذية المعوية الحصرية و الكورتيكوستيرويدات و مضادات عامل نخر الورم و معدلات المناعة.
الغرض من المتابعة المنتظمة في الاستشارة هو تقييم نشاط المرض و كذلك تأثيره على النمو و البلوغ، و البحث عن المضاعفات و علاجها في الوقت المناسب.
Abstract EN
The management of crohn's disease is multidisciplinary.
it includes nutritional care, induction of remission and maintenance treatment, associated with the management of extra-intestinal manifestations and a personalized therapeutic education program for the patient and his parents.
medical treatment is based on exclusive enteral nutrition, corticosteroids, anti-tnf drugs and immunomodulators.
regular follow upaimsto evaluate the activity of the disease as well as its impact on growth and puberty, to look for complications and to treat them at the right time.

La prise en charge de la maladie de crohn est multidisciplinaire.
elle comporte une prise en charge nutritionnelle, une induction de la rémission et un traitement d'entretien, associés à la prise en charge des manifestations extra-intestinales tout en intégrant l'enfant et ses parents dans un programme d'éducation thérapeutique personnalisé.
le traitement médical est basé sur la nutrition entérale exclusive, la corticothérapie, les anti-tnf et les immunomodulateurs.
le suivi régulier à la consultation a pour but d'évaluer l'activité de la maladie ainsi que son retentissement sur la croissance et sur la puberté, de rechercher les complications et de les traiter à temps.
