the law applies this sanctity in a man made manner, and the legal legislator may describe it as a crime committed by a person in violation of what is stipulated by the law regarding the right of society to live in peace and security.

therefore, sanctity and crime operate on the same basis of meaning, but for each term there is a specific punishment for the one who committed the forbidden and the crime In this research, we will focus on the meaning of prohibition and criminalization in jurisprudence and law, and the penal sanctions that each of them entails that may be implemented by virtue of Islam or by law.
