Granting authority to the President of the Republic without responsibility is not something that does not achieve the principle of justice, just as responsibility without authority also contradicts it, and to the extent that the authority exists, there must be appropriate and proportionate responsibility for authority and without responsibility.

The Republic and responsibility may not be sufficient to achieve justice, but it is necessary to achieve parity and proportionality between them, for in so far as it is granted powers in the constitution and laws, it has obligations that, upon breach of it, entail its issue، This means that the President of the Republic must be granted from the authorities to complete the tasks assigned to him with the necessary amount of responsibility, if the authority granted to him is without the necessary amount of responsibility, then this would lead to incapacity or failure to achieve the goals that he was given authority to accomplish.

Justice in the accountability of the President of the Republic must be placed in a manner that ensures that it is not used to delay him from performing his duties or to use it for purposes intended to obtain personal benefits, and the President of the Republic must be held accountable when committing a breach of his constitutional obligations and intentionally being tried by a competent judicial authority.
