The guardianship system for banks is one of the new issues that emerged in the field of banking, as the guardianship system cannot be limited to people only, so the commercial side had a share in it, especially since the purpose of guardianship and its goal within the banking field is devoted to raising or reducing the problems envisaged within the scope of management and that would affect the banks.

The work of the guardianship system on banks requires the preparation of cadres capable of taking into account the required formality when appointing the guardian to avoid compensation claims for imposing guardianship, in addition to the need to change the mechanism for selecting the guardian by presenting a group of people to the bank under guardianship to choose one of them instead of imposing one person on him.
