Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify Male and Female Teachers’ Practice of Lesson Study Strategy and the Difficulties they encounter from the Perspective of Education Supervisors as well as identifying the existence of statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable (male and female supervisor).

The study used the descriptive survey approach and the questionnaire as tool for collecting data.

The study sample consisted of (266) male and female supervisors of the subjects supervisors in Riyadh.

The study results showed that the teachers’ practice of lesson Study strategy was a (low) degree.

The results also showed that male and female teachers face difficulties with a (high) degree, in addition to the results showed no Statistical significance differences attributed to the gender variable (male or female supervisor) in the study sample responses regarding male and female teachers’ practice of the lesson Study strategy.
